The capacity to place all documentation and resources required for accreditation in one readily accessible place is an extremely attractive feature. All staff members have ready access to the resources they need, whether they are Practice Policies, templates or online resources, and at the same time protecting any records of a sensitive nature from being accessed by anyone except authorised personnel.
Without the Practice Management Assist Program an enormous amount of paper records would be created and with ongoing updating and review the process would be daunting. The ability to do everything on computer will significantly reduce the workload required in the ongoing management of our Practice’s accreditation and I believe minimise the costs to the Practice in the future.
